How to use heat transfer paper:

1. Sublimation method

This is the most commonly used method, using the sublimation characteristics of disperse dyes, using disperse dyes with a molecular weight of 250~400 and particle size of 0.2~2μm, water-soluble carriers (such as sodium alginate) or alcohol-soluble carriers (such as ethyl cellulose) and Oil-soluble resins are made into inks, and then processed on a transfer printing machine at 200~230°C for 20~30 seconds to transfer disperse dyes to polyester and other synthetic fibers.

2. Swimming method

The dye of the ink layer of the transfer paper is selected according to the properties of the fibers. The fabric is firstly padd with a mixture of fixing agent and paste, then transferred to the fabric by transfer printing paper, fixed by hot-pressing swimming in a wet state, and finally steam-washed and wet-treated. During dye transfer, there is a lot of pressure between the fabric and the transfer paper.

3. Fusion method

Dyes and waxes are the basic components of the ink layer of the transfer paper. The ink layer is melt-pressed and embedded into the fabric, so that part of the ink is transferred to the fiber, and then the corresponding post-treatment is carried out according to the properties of the dye. The dye transfer rate increases with increasing pressure.

4. Ink layer peeling method

Using the ink that can produce strong adhesion with the fiber after heating, the entire ink layer is transferred from the transfer paper to the fabric under small pressure, and then the corresponding color fixing treatment is carried out according to the performance of the dye.

Application of heat transfer paper:

Heat transfer printing on clothing decoration cloth, curtain cloth, sofa cloth, umbrella cloth, handbag, carpet cloth, toy cloth, etc.

Thermal transfer decoration on the surface of high-temperature-resistant plastic materials or plastic materials treated by spraying, baking paint, electrophoresis, etc.
