The specific operations are as follows:

1. Wrap the porcelain cup with the picture, put it in the baking coaster, adjust the top rod screw to make the pressure moderate, then close the pressure handle, plug in the power supply, and turn on the main power switch. Note: the pressure should not be too large, otherwise the pressure handle will be deformed! When covering the picture on the wall of the cup, you should first cut out the same size as the wall of the cup, cover it on the wall of the cup, and stick it with adhesive tape. If the image itself is too small to cover the entire cup wall, another layer of paper should be covered on the outside to avoid direct contact between the cup wall and the baking coaster, and to prevent the surface of the porcelain cup from being scorched or indented;

2. The roasting cup machine starts to heat up according to the preset temperature. When it reaches the set maximum temperature, it stops heating and the timer starts to count;

3. When the time reaches the set value, the buzzer will alarm;

4. Turn off the power, take out the baked porcelain cup, soak it in water several times (must be immersed in cold water to prevent the ink from continuing to spread), take it out, and wipe it dry. The specific parameters need to be adjusted according to experience and actual conditions.

It should be noted that when using a sublimation transfer custom mug, a transparent resin is sprayed on the surface of the mug.

This process needs to use a cup baking machine for hot pressing, which helps to ensure that the cup surface and the sublimation transfer paper are closely attached, and a higher quality printed product has been obtained. At present, the cup roasting machine can mainly be used to roast cylindrical, semi-circular, and conical mugs, but mugs with irregular shapes cannot be roasted.

The mug obtained by the sublimation process has a high-quality texture, a uniform surface touch, no foreign body sensation, and bright and uniform color, which is not easy to fall off.
