- Check whether the oil hole is unblocked, inject an appropriate amount of lubricating oil, and add an appropriate amount of No. 20 or No. 40 oil into the reducer.
- Adjust the conveyor belt to make sure its tension is moderate, not too tight or too loose.
- For the steam-heated roller press, first open the steam shut-off valve next to the steam trap, then open the steam inlet valve, and then close it after the residual water in the steam drum is emptied; then open the speed-regulating motor or inverter controller, Slowly turn the knob, run the roller press at a low speed of 2~3m/min, and at the same time fully open the steam inlet valve, heat the roller, observe the pressure indication value on the left box of the roller press, and wait until the steam pressure reaches 0.3MPa or more Then start ironing.
Notes for industrial roller presses:
- When adjusting the speed of the roller press with the speed-regulating motor and the inverter control knob, it should be adjusted slowly and evenly to avoid sharp rise and fall to ensure its service life.
