The constant temperature is something that most people often ignore. The constant temperature of the ironing board is very important for a large number of hot stamping. A good constant temperature can ensure the quality of the hot stamping from the first piece of clothing to the 100th piece of clothing, and even the 200th piece of clothing. The temperature of the ironing board is all at the temperature you set, so that the quality of the ironing will not be compromised.

Instructions

• Plug in the power supply, turn on the power switch, and the power indicator light will turn on immediately.

• Adjust the thermostat to the required temperature, and when the temperature reaches the set temperature, the indication on the upper part of the thermostat goes out, and the work can be started at this time.

• Adjust the timing controller to the desired time.

• Put the clothes on the lower ironing board, then put the heat transfer paper (pay attention to the front and back of the heat transfer paper), and press the handle down hard until the endpoint. Note: Do not use more than 30 kg of force, otherwise the handle may be deformed.

• When the timing controller for the hot stamping time is up, the buzzer will sound, and the handle will be lifted to its original position.

Precautions:

• Pressure: If the pressure is not enough or too large, adjust the pressure regulating knob behind the machine to increase the pressure clockwise; otherwise, reduce the pressure;

• Time: When the hot stamping time arrives and the buzzer does not ring or keeps ringing, if it is not comfortable, it must be adjusted to an appropriate position;

• Temperature: When the adjusted temperature is reached, the pointer of the thermostat points to the "180°C" position (about 5 minutes to arrive). If the thermometer rises and the heating plate does not heat up, please check the circuit.

• When the handle is pressed down to the end, release the hand and the handle will rise automatically, please adjust the adjustment knob downward.

• When the hot stamping is completed, the handle can be lifted and it is difficult to adjust the adjustment knob downward.
