1. Thermal transfer printing machine

A set of T-shirt printing machine consists of three pieces of equipment, an ordinary sublimation printer, a heat press machine, and a computer. The sublimation printer prints the dispersed ink on transfer paper, and then the heat press machine sublimates the image to the T-shirt through high temperature.

The advantage of a T-shirt printing machine is its low price. The disadvantage is that only polyester T-shirts can be printed, and only light-colored fabrics can be printed.

Now it can also print cotton and T-shirts, but the effect is poor, hard, airtight, and easy to fade. If it is dark pure cotton, a lettering film is required, and not all patterns can be made.

2. DTF machine

One set of DTF machine includes a printer, a powder shaker machine and a heat press machine.

The printer prints the pattern on the roll film, transports the powder over the roll film through the conveyor belt, cuts out the appropriate pattern after drying, and lays it on the flat cloth. After adjusting the appropriate temperature, use the heat press machine to print the pattern on the roll film. On fabric, wait 15 seconds to cool before tearing off.

DTF machines are not limited by any fabric, and can print patterns onto fabrics. It is often used for printing on T-shirts, canvas bags and other products.
